What is your top bucket list destination? Italy and Bali.

What is your most memorable dining experience? A 15-course meal in an underground wine cellar in China, featuring some of the rarest wines ever made. 

What makes Rockaway rock as a company? Management listens to its employees and is open to feedback and suggestions. 

Favorite word. Lush.

What is your go-to cocktail? Something herbaceous and refreshing but not too sweet. If there is a cucumber cocktail on the menu, I will likely order it.
